The Whidbey Institute is seeking an administrative and logistics coordinator to hold vital integrative functions of our organization. A person well-suited for this position will demonstrate proficient computer skills, adept interpersonal capacities, and financial acuity and will delight in attending to details. Experience with registration software is a plus.

The Administrative and Logistics Coordination role integrates the activities of our full team and administers contracts, logistics, and registration for programs on our 106-acre woodland campus in Clinton, Washington. Our organizational structure and culture necessitate that all members of our team be capable and comfortable with working as autonomous members of an interconnected, self-organizing team where transparency, authenticity, and wholeness are valued.
