Take a day off and quiet the busyness of your mind.
Our moments are fleeting, but with our practice of meditation, we can slow down and deepen our relationship to ourselves and others. Spend a day on the nurturing grounds of The Whidbey Institute. Just being in this rich environment supports our meditative practice and experience.
We will spend the first half of the day in sessions of meditation practice, both walking and sitting. Lunch will be provided and the afternoon will be spent doing a variety of meditative practices, including having time to walk on trails, express ourselves through drawing, water color panting or writing. We will conclude the day with a relaxing yoga nidra practice.
