This retreat is an opportunity to replenish and renew. Taking time away from daily stresses, we allow ourselves the space to reconnect with stillness, with nature and with ourselves in a meaningful, nourishing way. Through yoga and meditation, farm fresh meals, and connection with fellow yogis, come explore what you’ve been waiting for.
As a dedicated yogi for nearly two decades, Jenny Rhodes is immensely grateful for the opportunity to continue expanding and evolving her knowledge and appreciation of yoga in its many and varied forms. She invites fluidity, strength and grace into her practice though broad influences in many lineages of Hatha Yoga including Forrest, Jivamukti and Ashtanga systems of yoga. Through focused attention to breath and alignment, she delights in helping students open to their deepest selves, finding strength, balance & relaxation in a warm, welcoming environment. Jenny teaches a variety of private & public Hatha Gentle & Flow Yoga style classes in Seattle.
