Faith, Spirit, and Climate Change: Making a creative response

April 4, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 7:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 19, 2017

An invitational offering. To inquire about future events, contact the organizers, Kate Davies and Larry Daloz.

We convene around the question, “How can our faith or spirituality help us to make a creative response to climate change?”

This biweekly series of evolving conversations, across faith traditions, offers a chance to explore the challenges and opportunities that climate change brings to our spirituality. The purpose of this conversation series is to provide a contemplative and supportive setting in which to develop a more profound and nuanced understanding of the spiritual dimensions of climate change so we can engage with this issue with renewed hope and courage.

Attendance is closed to new enrollment after the initial gathering to ensure a coherent conversation and the formation of a safe, learning community.
