Finding Your Way with Your Boundaries
March 1 - March 3Variable rate
Sarri Gilman, LMFT, is a psychotherapist, workshop presenter, and author of Transform your Boundaries® (2014) and Naming and Taming Overwhelm® for Healthcare and Human Service Providers (2017). She is currently working on her next book on trauma and healing.
Sarri’s books and workshops are based on her years of private practice and humanitarian work; experience has shown her that people need and want a deeper understanding and respect for their own boundaries and those of other people. View her TEDx talk, “Good Boundaries Free You,” here. To learn more about Sarri and her work, visit her website. You can explore her work on boundaries with some of her online classes in her online school.
You use your boundaries in every interaction, and in every relationship, for your entire life.
In Finding Your Way with Your Boundaries, you will discover your boundary life lessons. You will tune in and listen to your inner boundary compass – when it is telling you “No” and when it is telling you “Yes.” It’s never quite that simple, as most of us argue with our inner compass.Finding Your Way with Your Boundaries will give you all the skills you need to know about boundaries and boundary recovery. It is a Transform Your Boundaries® workshop led by Sarri Gilman, LMFT. You will learn how to tune in to your boundary compass and use your boundaries for your self-care, reduce stress, and have better relationships.
If you are suffering from symptoms related to overwhelm, we’ll discuss how your boundaries can help you recover. You will discover how to get unstuck from old patterns and find ways to tune up all of your personal and professional relationships with a better understanding of boundaries. Boundaries are the glue holding all of our relationships together or apart. They can be confusing! Boundaries are not one size fits all. In this weekend you get clear about how to find your way with your boundaries.
We will have discussions, share stories, and take time for journaling, drama, and SoulCollage® (art that does not require any skill) to trace your boundary life lessons. We will be in a serene setting at Whidbey Institute, nourished by incredible meals and the 100 acres of woods to do this immersive work. There is time outside of the workshop to relax in this beautiful setting, take a walk in the woods, visit the labyrinth, or meditation hall, curl up on a cozy coach with your tea or coffee and read or reflect.
Sarri rarely has “open enrollment” workshops – most of her workshops are privately scheduled for groups. This is a unique nurturing weekend immersion specifically designed to offer you generous healing and retreat space. You’ll leave with new skills you can begin using right away. Please join us and tool up!
We encourage early enrollment for this workshop, as space is limited.
