The event we have all been waiting for has arrived! Join us August 25-28th at the beautiful Whidbey Institute to reconnect with your cohort and Pacific Integral faculty and meet GTC graduates from other cohorts.
Imagine sitting in the deep expansive collective causal field with graduates and faculty… some of your dearest friends. We will learn with and from Pacific Integral faculty and graduates. There will be structured PI faculty offered sessions, grads sharing their work in the world, and emergent learning circles and open time for connecting, walking the trails, dancing, and play! Bring your evolutionary edges and join GTC grads from around the world this August at our first biannual (every two years) reunion and conference. Together we will support the evolution of our individual and collective work in the world. It can also be a space to incubate new projects, programs or collaborations within your cohort or in cross cohort communities of practice. Come join us for this inaugural event!
We will start our first session at 3 pm Thursday afternoon and end with lunch on Sunday. We recommend arriving in time to settle in before our 3 pm start. Our first meal is dinner on Thursday.
Early arrival lodging is available after 3 pm on Wednesday; you may select this option when registering. Departure is necessary for all participants by 2 pm on Sunday, August 28; no extended stays are possible due to an incoming group Sunday evening.
$250 – $500 sliding scale – lodging and meal costs are separate and listed below.
We have created a sliding scale because we want as many grads to join us as possible and we don’t want cost to be a barrier. This offering stems from our love of the graduate community and our desire to connect with all of you. We did not set the tuition at an amount that would create a profit, but we would like to cover as many of our costs as possible. Please help us sustain the event and cover our costs by contributing as much as you can.
Please support your fellow grads by donating to the scholarship fund. The scholarship fund covers tuition for the event. Everyone is responsible for their own room and board package.
To request scholarship support: Enter a total of $1 for your sliding scale tuition amount when you are registering, then contact Katie Bedor at email@example.com to coordinate the specific amount that you are able to contribute – an adjustment to your total will be entered by the Whidbey Institute registrar based on your conversation with Katie. Everyone is responsible for their own room and board package.
Lodging at the Whidbey Institute is mostly in shared rooms in our two secluded and comfortable homes, the Farmhouse and Granny’s, and with four additional options in cabins; bathrooms are shared. You will have the opportunity to indicate lodging preferences or needs when registering. Room assignments will be emailed out a few days prior to retreat start date.

Meals will be a wonderful connecting time at the Grad Reunion. The food at the Whidbey Institute is healthy, local, and delicious! We are offering choices around which meals you join for at the Whidbey Institute. We strongly encourage you to join for as many meals as possible. In addition to cost please consider how much time it might take you away from the reunion if you choose other options. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are 10 or more minutes from the Institute. We recommend you join us for the meals if you can.
