As we engage with the challenges of our time, one thing has become increasingly clear: we’re all in this together. As citizens, artists, activists, innovators, and entrepreneurs, we work across all lines of difference to cultivate a revolution from the heart of nature.
We face an unprecedented moment in human history, one that will impact the world for generations to come. Just as the challenges we face are all interconnected, so too are the solutions. No single movement or cause will be successful in isolation; we must cultivate a strong web of movements, all rooted in deep relationship, community, and a common commitment to systemic change.
It can be hard to acknowledge the grief we face in our quieter moments, or know how to move forward in the face of such overwhelming odds. But we are not alone. We are supported by the genius of nature that exists all around (and within) us; a genius that has already perfected the art of resilience over billions of years.
At Bioneers, we find strength through solidarity by uniting together to share our stories, recharge our batteries, discover breakthrough solutions, and collectively explore the path ahead.
Over the past 5 years, we’ve engaged over 500 leaders of diverse backgrounds from all across the Northwest in our 3-day Salish Sea Bioneers Gathering at the Whidbey Institute – just 1 hour north of Seattle.
The Salish Sea Bioneers program is a Bioneers Resilient Communities Network Partner. Learn more about the national Bioneers organization here.
