Hosted by Pacific Integral with Terri O’Fallon and Kim Barta
$2400 (seven $400 early seats discounts)
In this four and a half day residential workshop, you will dive deeply into the STAGES model and experience a thorough introduction to this unique and comprehensive map of human development.
STAGES is a new theory and assessment methodology for human development, created by Terri O’Fallon, Ph.D., grown out of her decades of experience in Education and years of research on development. This new model reveals understandings about how human beings grow throughout life and helps us each make sense of where we are in our development, personally and professionally. Practically, it gives us a road map for our individual and collective, human potential.
STAGES utilizes Ken Wilber’s quadrants as a scoring mechanism and correlates with Cook-Greuter’s developmental MAP in its first study. The model encompasses current developmental approaches by integrating stages, states, and the Integral approach. This creates a set of simple repeating patterns that can be used to select interventions that fit a particular developmental level. STAGES has been statistically validated to include three new later stages of development.
This is our first residential retreat format for STAGES In-Depth! Terri and Kim look forward to spending evenings together enjoying the Whidbey Institute land and facilities including local organic meals, hiking trials, gardens, labyrinth, and sanctuary. After you register and pay for the course tuition, you will be sent an email with a link to pay the Whidbey Institute for food and lodging ranging between $600 and $800 depending on arrival and lodging selection.
To improve the depth of your learning we highly recommend that you complete a STAGES Assessment and Debrief prior to the STAGES In-Depth course. After we receive your registration and tuition payment we will send you a link to take the assessment only at a reduced rate of $350 or an assessment and debrief at a reduced rate of $550.
The STAGES theory and assessment methodology was created by Terri O’Fallon, and grew out of her 50 years of experience in education and years of research on development. Kim Barta, psychotherapist and international growth coach, will join Terri for this workshop, bringing his experience in applying the STAGES model with his clients.
