Please join us for the final steps of completing the 19 beds for our new Meadow Row cabins! This will be basic work and there will be instructions for those who don’t as yet have woodworking skills. All can easily contribute in various ways.

When:Monday, February 19 – Thursday, February 22
Where: Whidbey Institute, Thomas Berry Hall
What: Spread Benite wood conditioner and ProFin quick set oil finish onto all bed pieces, move bed pieces into new cabins, and assemble.
Each day will be separated into morning, 9am-noon, and afternoon, 1-4pm work sessions. There will be a hearty lunch from 12-1pm. Snacks, coffee, and tea will be available throughout the day.
Please bring water bottles, protective work clothing and eye wear, knee pads, and Nitrile gloves if you’ve got ‘em. We’ll also have protective gear available.
***If you are sensitive to fumes, you may prefer to bring a respirator when working with ProFin.
