We host many mission aligned programs and events of all sizes at the Whidbey Institute.
The events listed below are open to the public for registration. Watch this space for newly added public programs and Pop-Up Personal Retreats.
Our calendar is typically booked with many events and gatherings all year that do not appear on this webpage. These are booked through their own program leadership.
Partake in our Pop Up Rest & Restore short personal retreats.
A few times a year we offer personal R & R retreat weekends: lodging, food, and unstructured time to use as you please for 3 days/2 nights. We call them pop-up retreats: the timing is determined 6-8 weeks in advance. There are typically 3-6 people on retreat; more if lodging space is available.
The pop-ups are concurrent with a separate retreat group meeting onsite, sharing meal times only.
If we are not currently offering a Pop Up R & R, get in touch with us info@whidbeyinstitute.org if you’d like to get your name down on a waitlist for our next Pop Up Rest & Restoration short retreat.
“Thank you for providing a calm and restorative weekend. From the fantastic and nourishing meals to meditating in the Sanctuary, to being on this sacred land to being welcomed by your kindness and compassion, your Rest & Restoration retreat has exceeded expectations. I look forward to another in the very near future.”
