Suzanne Crawford O'Brien

Suzanne is professor of Religion and Culture at Pacific Lutheran University, where she also teaches in the Native American and Indigenous Studies and Environmental Studies programs. Her teaching and writing considers the intersection of environmental justice, healing, and sacred traditions, particularly among Native communities in North America. She is the author of Religion and Culture in Native America (Rowman and Littlefield), Coming Full Circle: Spirituality and Wellness Among Native Communities in the Pacific Northwest (University of Nebraska Press), Religion and Healing in Native America: Pathways for Renewal (Praeger), and Native American Religious Traditions (Routledge).
