Over the course of two decades Jenny has sought the sanctuary of yoga philosophies and practices and has discovered this rich, ancient practice really works!Yogic breathing and meditation help her move through feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and everyday upsets with more ease and acceptance. Union of the physical yoga postures and breath have helped her build physical and spiritual strength from the inside out and have guided her through trauma, tragedy, and loss with a grace and resilience she didn’t know she possessed.
